The radial lines from the center of the small plate are distinct, giving it a powerful feel. Two red streaks of hidasuki are present, with a rich, vibrant crimson color, creating an overall impression of "hardness" that is inherent to its form. This is a superb small plate that serves as a "fortress" embodying Bizen ware itself.
Please note that it will take approximately three weeks to create the wooden box after your order is placed.
